If people have wandered onto the site and are trying to figure out what the hell they’re supposed to make out of it, this is what you need to know.
My name is Chris.
I am a professional blogger.
I used to be funny.
Now I am the soulless wretch of a man who blogs for money.
When I say that I am a professional blogger, I mean that almost comically. Obviously, if I were actually a professional blogger, I would be writing on this site multiple times a week, doing my damndest to make sure that there was constantly fresh, unique, funny content on this page every single day and that people would come back for more all the time. I actually write for other people’s sites.
- I write (and podcast) about social media for Social UI.
- I write about the Utah Jazz for Salt City Hoops, an ESPN TrueHoops blog.
- And I write about Independent Cinema on Indy Film Critic.
However, this is not a site that I actually professionally blog on. This is more or less a place that I come to vent my frustrations with editors, SEO’s and people who try to cheat the system. I’d like to think that I was funny while I did it. There’s no evidence to suggest that I am.
